Rentals are include kimono, obi (sash), zouri (sandals), nagajuban (under shirt) and erishin , accessories for obi (obiage, obijime, obiita, obimakura, sanjuukarihimo), ropes (koshihimo, datejime). Hair accessories.
Please return all the above. If you lose anything we may require compensation in the price of brand-new.

​There is no cleaning charge within range of normal wear. However, in the case of irreparable stains (food, oil, tea, wine, permanent pen, blood etc) or damage (rip, cigarette burns, etc), we may require compensation in the amount $100.

Rental is 48hours. Those who wish to extend the time will be charged an additional fee of  $30 per day.
Please drop off the return at the Hawkwood studio. If you are unable to do so, I can pick it up for a fee.

​After make an appointment please deposit $80 (Yukata rental is $50) in 3 days by E-Transfer, cash or cheque.  

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event a booking is cancelled by the renter 7 days before, renter will receive a 100% refund from the deposit. For booking cancelled 2 days before renter receive a 50% refund from the deposit. 1 day before will be no refund.
