There are steps you need to learn to wear a kimono. However, with lessons and practice, anyone can wear a kimono. In the kimono dressing class, you will learn how to wear a kimono by yourself, how to dress someone else, as well as the different types of kimono and how to coordinate kimono dressing.

Learn how to put on a Kimono or Yukata on yourself
There are 3 options for the dressing classes. With the 1-time course, you can learn how to wear a yukata. If you'd like to learn how to wear a kimono, we recommend taking 3 or more classes.
Each class is 2 hours long.
- 1-time course: $50
- 3-class course: $140
- 5-class course: $225
Take an additional 1-time course for just $45 (normally $50) if you've completed a 3-class course or more, within one year of your last lesson. -
Learn how to put on a Kimono on somebody else (Intermediate to Advanced)
We recommend taking this class at least 3 times.

When taking lessons, it is ideal to have your own kimono and other necessary tools to review what you’ve learned at home. If you don't have them, you can purchase them from my online shop, or you can rent them during the lessons for a fee.
